Maybe I'm wrong but I think you can only use the extra bass pedal on the Expert Plus setting. Kind of pointless unless you are awesome on the drums. So far I suck at it.....but it's still a great game. Lots of fun. I beat the game on Guitar, now I'm trying to beat it on drums.
