Criminal not so much.And if they are your rep at the questioning he still should have got his ass there. No, it's quite common for them to offer initial representation in criminal matters as well. Bloomberg has already fired the opening salvo, which basically gave the DA his marching orders: Jail time. There will be no plea. He had an unregistered gun that he was carrying concealed.
