Slateman
Ok, its becoming epidemic. Our defensive players are dropping the ball several times a game. Literally. WTH is going on!?!
mitchdisaster
what is it 3 times so far today?
FearDaSpear
Well Landry got popped and Fletcher had a guy bump into him while he was going for the ball. I agree they need to catch thembut they were not wide open picks.
skinsfan83
Cause they aren't throwing to Chris Horton !!!
MadiSkins
The balls being dropped today are understandable. Its something that they all need to work on though.
REDSKINZ-RIDEORDIE
If I was a defensive coach, my secondary and LBs would have INT drills EVERY practice.
2006Skins
That's probably why they play defense. Because they can't catch. Landry has notoriously bad hands along with Rogers. It's been an unlucky day, with multiple fumbles coming out right when the Rams players knees hit the ground.
fire3fighter4
it's ridiculous how many picks we drop.....that played a huge part in costing us this game..
ADF
Yeah, Bulger should have had at least 3 INTs today. It's all about making plays and our guys didn't do much of that today.
81artmonk
Looks like Blache needs to run recieving drills with the defense. They can't catch a ball if it landed in the lap!!
MikeB
Looks like Blache needs to run recieving drills with the defense. They can't catch a ball if it landed in the lap!! HOLD EVERTHING... dude, seriously, Stryper?
Hemlock
I know, I know.. if they could catch they would be WRs... but GEEEEEZ!!! I saw two in the hands, wave to Mom, All-American, apple pie interceptions float to the ground today. Zorn is enough of a maverick to do this. Get all the DBs together and throw balls at them until they can't move their arms I know we deserve to be eating humble pie because we allowed the Rams to stay in the game. Please Coach... have the DBs work on the "in the gullet" catches. HTTR!
fire3fighter4
we need to work on getting our DB's to bring INT's in....The past 3 years dropped INT's have made me cry at night.
WSHRedskins3ATLBraves3
Catching the ball as a DB isn't the same thing as catching it as a wide receiver. 1. As a DB you have to worry about the WR the whole time 2. As a DB you can't focus in on the ball the entire time it's in the air like a WR, it's a reaction The major similarity: 1. If the ball hits your hand you better catch it.
Killer Rob
it does hurt to see those easy INT's bounce to the ground when they happen. atleast we're getting better with our overall coverage (besides that Torrence play) Bulger only had 136 yds passing
Zarg
I am sick an tired of the number of dropped INT's that this team has had. They need 1hr each on the jugs machine.... I mean, it's not like these balls are just grazing off the tip of the hands, their shoulders are square and it almost looks like they are the intended targets! We should have at least 5 more turnovers added to our total if we can catch!

SoCalSkins
It's more than 5. Eli alone had 4 in the first game.
Bonez3
How many well thrown balls can ourWR's drop. In all there were some nice grabs (Cooley's), but too many drops. These things change games. And yes, we are the league leaders in dropped INT's thrown directly to our defensive players.
