Jumbo Posted November 17, 2012 Share Posted November 17, 2012 I was 16, and the car was a 1963 Plymouth Valiant convertible (crazy for Anchorage weather), white with red interior, 225 cu.in. slant six and "3 on the tree." I loved that car and helped work on it (mechanical, body, and paint) at my uncle's body & mechanic shop (I was working there since 13). It was so cool. I had it a little over six months before some clown who didn't know how to drive on ice totaled it. I was lucky my injuries were minor. At least I got to drive it with the top down for one summer.
