Rocky21
Patience toward him will reward this franchise with a solid, consistent punter for years to come. Something Frost was unable to provide. There is only one game to evaluate the rook's performance so far and so far he has not performed better than the guy we had on the roster already. The jury's still out.
ddd723
Out of the 7 punts, if Frost were in there I guarentee you at least one would have been shanked bad... he ways does it on big game stage and thats why he got cut.

If he's starting for GB, we will find out soon enough. Results matter, not your guarentee, whatever that is.
Never4get#21
I think he's so set on hang time that it's taking away from his distance. He won the spot do to his hang time. Distance C Hangtime B (no real returns).
pjfootballer
My grade-- C minus. As DanT said, he had 4 bad punts and 3 good punts. First game, Windy Meadowlands (not sure if the wind was blowing), national TV, I think he did alright. He will only get better. He has 2 home games to get comfortable. Some of us old timers remember we wanted Jeff Hayes head on a stick his first year, but he became a very good punter and even better runner on the fakes. Some of you clamboring for Frost are complete idiots. Sorry to have to call names, but geez. You gave Frost 3 years and he failed. You give the Rookie ONE game and you're ready to run him out on a rail. Please grasp some reality. Let him learn the pro game for cripe sakes. Positives- He allowed the coverage to get near the return guy, Although not great hangtime, he gave the tacklers a chance. He didn't shank one off the side of his foot inside our own 10. He took a huge blow on his second kick to draw the 15 yards. He didn't have to act. He seemed to get better as the game wore on. Negatives- Needs to get more hang time and better distance. Needs to improve his inside the 20 placement. He needs to slow down. He looks like he rushes the kick sometimes. He looks nervous. But wouldn't you? Get off his ass, it's just one game.
