DWinzit
Is it just me or is Sage the better QB? Free agent Quinn Gray says he'll sign with the Texans. "My agent (Drew Rosenhaus) has an agreement in place," he said. "It's a 1-year deal." Gray would've had a much better chance at playing time in either Oakland or Green Bay. He plans on signing a deal for the minimum, so his addition tells us that he's been told Sage Rosenfels is on the trade block. jimster
That's odd. I thought Sage played well for them? - He may be worth taking a look at if it is for a low round draft pick.
AKM311
I would not trade anything for Sage, but it wouldn't be bad to bring him into camp with Collins, and a low round drafted QB.
DWinzit
I'd hate to spend another pick Sage but wouldn't mind him in DC.
BlitzFiftySix
No way he ends up back here as a 3rd string quarterback. Sage has starting QB potential and I would expect him to end up in Green Bay, Tampa Bay, Chicago or somewhere that he could push for a starting job at some point in the near future. Genghis Khan
The vikings probably want but I don't think the texans should trade considering how well he played. Remember that game he had last year against the titans it was insane. The texans lost because of the titans kicker but it was a great effort. Thinking Skins
Atlanta should trade for him.
DWinzit
I can't seee him being worth a 2nd rounder for any team. Despite Quinn Gray's signing, the Texans will not trade Sage Rosenfels for any less than a second-round pick, according to ESPN's John Clayton. Considering the meager signing bonus they gave him, the Texans could conceivably cut Gray if they don't want to carry three QBs. They could also keep him as a cheap third-stringer. Signing with Houston was a risky move for Gray to say the least. Still, expect talks involving Rosenfels to heat up. Source: ESPN Insider
elkabong82
I wouldn't mind getting Sage back here at all, if he can be had for a 6th rounder. I liked him when he was here, thought he had potential. I'm glad he proved me right in Houston. Weird thing is, I didn't know Gray was still on the market.
