twa
Nice find Talking to some of the old ones is really interesting as well. My great grandmother and her twin sister lived to 106,it was amazing seeing history thru their eyes. Words of wisdom from your link... "Why have you lived this long?" I asked. He said, "I don't fool around with women, beer, wine or whiskey. I plan to die young then

pjfootballer
There was an obit in the Charlotte observer recently that said the lady's name and then, 111. One-hundred Eleven Years Old. That means she was born in 1896.
China
My grandmother is 101 and still has all her mental faculties. Unfortunately her body is not faring as well. We'll probably take our new daughter to visit her this spring before my grandmother turns 102.
ncsuapex
My great uncle just turned 90 and dude is SHARP as a tack. He was an engineer up in PA and still reads his old technical manuals. At his 90th birthday party a few weeks back all the wives were sitting around talking with him and the topic of HDtv's came up. He ended up getting frustrated because they didn't know as much as he did. lol But his body isnt holding up to well. He has to get around in a wheelchair but he's healthy otherwise. Still smokes his pipes and cigars daily and never has been married.
