Much like the Universe seems like an awfully big place if we're the only ones here, isn't it an awful waste of our mental capacities if reason, logic, skepticism, and questioning our existience is futile? And using your argument you could defend any ridiculous point of view about a Supreme being, not just the mass-murderer described in the Old Testament. Nothing wrong with reason, logic, skepticism, and questioning one's existence. It's just that that particular tack, as presented, is logically flawed. And using your argument you could defend any ridiculous point of view about a Supreme being, not just the mass-murderer described in the Old Testament. That one part of it, maybe.
