This answer is very easy....No disrespect to any of the All-Time greats....BUT....the best way to stop the Pats offense is to keep them off the field. That means Ball Control....and that means RIGGINS. Oh Man....that guy just just kicked the defenses' Butt all day. The great thing about Riggo was that everyone in the stadium KNEW he was gonna get the ball but NO ONE could stop him!!!
