wpenn1
I watched the Packers and the Patriots use the slant effectively today and thought it would be perfect for the skins. We have smaller quicker recievers therefore if the corner misses that tackle our receivers could be running for a long time. Then once the opponent tried to jump the route Jason can pump fake and throw a long one. I realize this pass takes timing but I think we can do it. Any thoughts? 909997
it wouldn't work because slants require the wide receivers to catch the ball.

PCS
They do run slants. Ran several of them today. Troy even mentioned how Jason should have gone to Keenan on one such slant today.

darrell1106
I understand your point but we need more then a SLANT play to improve this offense over the next few games. We need a darn line...healthy!
