skinsfan07
If not Bellichek as Pres-GM, then Urban Meyer as a head coach.I want a guy who can make a passing game work. I say we keep trying with Gator coaches until we get it right. I'd LOVE Urban Meyer as a HC. I know Snyder could get it done too!
TheGift
Ron Rivera is also another great option IMO.
GibbsWon3ForAReason
Mike Martz' date=' would be a perfect fit with all these players, I think he would show what this team is capable of.[/quote']Does Mike Martz know that teams are allowed to hand the ball off to a running back and have them run with it? doncherry
Please stop mentioning Garrett's name...if Dan Snyder reads this he may suddenly get a brilliant idea...and when he gets a brilliant idea it's usually not a pretty picture. When Garrett gets a head coaching gig it will be in Dallas...
mikeyf316
Here's a few I haven't heard yet: Charlie Weis Bob Stoops Pete Carroll Mack Brown Any discussion points for those individuals? Each has run a college program large enough to rival an NFL team, with varying degrees of success over time. If we determine there is no need to replace the OC or DC, the prospective coach's only real requirements are that they coordinate team functions and direct the OC and DC to the main goal he wants accomplished. Any of those four could handle that. Does anybody have any insight on their abilities to run practices, motivate the team, handle the pressure, etc.?
