C.Taylor
Even when I'm at the Nats games, I find myself day dreaming about glorius Redskins games from the past that I whitnessed in my youth. Only one more Nats' season of that torture. redskin81
No matter how dismal the season may be, the offseason is worse. I will be counting the days to training camp again. Can't help myself. I know. Me too. The offseason is worse than a losing season. No skins football for 8 months.

SkinsTillIDie
Look at it like this: January - The Redskins may be out, but the playoffs are just getting underway. No longer do we have to be inundated with piss poor games, and we can finally relax and watch some good football. And hey, we'll have the Eagles and the Cowboys (and possibly the Giants) to root against! It's always fun knowing that you are watching history, and there is always the potential for an instant classic. February - Superbowl hype, which is horrendous, but then the Superbowl. Always a good time, and it is possible that we'll have an NFC East rival to root against as well. This year bodes to have a good matchup with an interesting background, whether Chicago, New Orleans, Philly, or Dallas makes it, as opposed to last year's boring Seattle team. After the Superbowl comes the free agent hype, and I doubt there is much more of an exciting time on ES than the few weeks before free agency, when rumors swirl to no end and each potential player is given a thorough analysis by the diehards here March - Free agency begins March 2nd! With the tracking of Redskin One to the nervous awaiting for the seemingly random arrival of Andyman, there is pandemonium on Extremeskins. In recent years, there generally hasn't been as an exciting time for a Redskin fan as the first couple weeks in March - as depressing as that seems. In addition to the free agency extravaganza, voluntary workouts begin in mid-March. April - Draft hoopla! And with the liklihood of a #5-7 draft pick, there will be endless discussion and analysis of potential draftees, with the help of the combine and expertise of Mel Kiper. The draft begins Saturday, the 28th. May - Whew, time to get yourself together, and begin to analyze the team as a whole. Optimism is abounds as we will fix some blatant holes in our defense and we can begin to look forward to a new season. Still, however, we contemplate potential June 1st cuts *cough* Adam Archuleta *cough* and look for the treasure that once was another team's garbage. July - Training camp begins. Finally. Daily coverage of the Redskins can commence again August - Pre-season. How does that rookie look? How is Campbell progressing? Is Portis 100%? Does it look like we have the Redskin defense of old? and an infinite amount of questions will be asked and pondered. Exciting times indeed. September - The 2007 season is underway. Now that's not so bad, is it?

Uno Mas
Im glad its over. This team is horrible and Im sick of giving myself to a shotty product. I hope we lose saturday so we are the only team in the east not going to the playoffs, maybe that will open some eyes in Ashburn. Aloha.
