AsburySkinsFan Posted October 28, 2006 Share Posted October 28, 2006 Hey guys & gals Some of you know that I'm a displaced 'Skins fan and as such getting my hands on 'Skins memorabilia is often times pretty difficult. Well, last weekend I was up in Boston with family and my grandfather was there he brought with him a gift from someone in his church whom I've never even met before. Anyways my grandfather told him that I'm a really big 'Skins fan and so the gentleman sent up the entire 2006 set of Redskins Medallions unopened and the display for them! I am thrilled, I checked ebay and they are going for around $100, not that I'm planning on selling them. Anyways, I thought it was a really cool gift and wanted to share with you all. It wasn't the first thing I did. My grandfather said that it was expensive and I didn't know what they went for so I checked it out. Big deal. I ain't sellin' 'em. I collect 'Skins trading cards and 8x10's but this was the first I've seen of these medallions. I've heard of folks talking about them here but didn't know much about them.
