IHOPSkins Posted October 9, 2006 Share Posted October 9, 2006 WE HELD THE #2 OFFENSE IN THE NFL TO 19 POINTS!!........... ......For heaven's sake, we held the #2 offense in the NFL to 19 points. The defense did damn good. It's the offense Stupid! Its the TEAM Average Points scored per game 19.88 (so far....nfl.com and a spreadsheet) Using your logic... The Defense Won one game (15 points Texans) The defense was about AVERAGE for 2 games (19 points Giants/Vikings) The Defense LOST two games (30 points Jaguars and 27 points Cowboys) Its a Team Game and when the Offense lets down....its up to the defense/special teams to step it up.
