UltimateSkins
Maybe its just me, but I have a bad feeling about Portis' shoulder injury. I can just see us in week 10 still wondering if he's going to play or not. Having Portis only in for part of the game isn't going to work as we saw in week. I think it would be best to just have him sit until he's completely healthy and ready for 25+ carries a game.

NFC Beast
Didnt they pick Shaun Alexander over Portis on the Madden cover? Did he not get the memo?
diesel22
Didnt they pick Shaun Alexander over Portis on the Madden cover? Did he not get the memo? Apparently CP did a Chunky Soup commercial we are not aware of yet....

Lavar Arrington was once healthy, but he's gone now.

dent19
Every injury has the potential to last a whole season if you dont give it the proper chance to heal...... We really didnt need him to play Monday Night.... He wasn't ready. Sit him out 2 more games if needed to get healed......
Warhead36
Sit him out as much as he needs to get fully healed. Thats what I've been preaching since he suffered the injury.
MikeB
I've mentioned it, and so have numerous other posters... this injury is very painful, and very chronic. It often takes surgery and 2-3 months rehab to overcome. Why everyone keeps expecting Portis to miraculously overcome the odds it beyond me. If he plays this week, consider us lucky.
