Then hop on the Metro. Just take the Orange Line to the Landover Metro station or the Blue Line to the Morgan Boulevard Metro Station. The Morgan Boulevard Station is located on Garrett Morgan Boulevard and is within 1-mile walking distance to FedExField. From the Landover Metro station, you can take a shuttle bus directly to FedExField. Buses travel to and from the stadium approximately every 15 minutes. During regular season games, buses begin their service two hours before game time and the last bus after the game departs Lot B2 two hours following the game. For Monday night games, the shuttle service runs from 5 p.m. until approximately 1 a.m. A roundtrip bus fare costs $5.00; however, this price is subject to change without notice. redskinss Posted September 5, 2006 Share Posted September 5, 2006 last year i went to my first game and had a good experience taking the blue line. when you get off walk straight through the mall around circuit city and you will see the field right across the highway. we went 3 hours early and were the only people on the train. and afterwards we stopped at pizzeria uno for dinner (which wasnt packed at all) and the train was relatively empty on our way back to the hotel. it was far better than any patriots or redsox games ive been to.
