I need an attorney that won't charge me my first born child, but at the same time I realize the severity of this offense and would like a GOOD attorney to represent me. If there's a lawyer out there with a heart.... hahaha... please help? before spending money on an attorney, call the commonwealth attorney (DA) and ask if you can plead guilty to a lesser charge, or plead guilty to the reckless charge if they will agree to withold ajudication (keep it off your driving record), accept probation and go to a driving class so that it won't appear on you record if you don't get any more tickets in 6-12 months. everthing in life is negotiable good luck.
