I once pulled something in my back by just getting out of a chair :doh: Couple months later, after it feels a lot better, i decide to play some basketball with a few friends, and man oh man was that a bad decision. Heidenreich Posted April 24, 2006 Share Posted April 24, 2006 I broke my wrist playing WWF with my brother. Of course, I didn't know I broke it right away, then I went out & played football. I knew something was up when I tried to make a one handed grab....... Also, I sprained my ankle jumping over a bush. It was icy out, and I slipped on the takeoff. Needless to say, I didn't make it.
