Here's the new list of his seller accounts: Ticketsexpress1 Besttix4you Tixxexpress Gametix21 gametickets4u goodiestickets redccc arintercom They are all the same seller. The interesting thing is, in this new auction, for the first time, the seller does NOT say he has "personally sat in these seats, and the obstruction is very minamal (sic)". The timing of this edited listing seems to coincide with Sammy's comment. Coincidence? Mark The Homer
Most of you reading this probably already know this. But anytime you buy a seat in the 200 level at Row 19 or above, the words "Limited View" is printed on the ticket, even with a clear view of the field. This is due to the low, oppressive overhang. So, if you see a seller with these seats and he/she doesn't mention the "limited view", they're trying to sneak one by you. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120005530951&ru=http%3A%2F%2Fsearch.ebay.com%3A80%2Fsearch%2Fsearch.dll%3Ffrom%3DR40%26satitle%3D120005530951%26fvi%3D1 (also, note that the two aisles are on the 50, and just inside the 40 -- nowhere near the 45. The pillar is on the 43 yd line at row 13. I suspect the seller never sat in these seats)
Blackest Eyes
hey guys. my dad and i are trying to go to a Skins game this year. We were checking out eBay for tickets and came across these... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=014&item=330003116841&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1#ebayphotohosting does that seem sketchy? the picture doesn't look like it was taken from the 200 section. Also, if the seller is not a hoax, is row 14 in section 222 obstucted view? (doesn't say on the site, but i thought most of the 200 section seats were obstructed) thanks guys. Technically, the obstructed/limited view seats start in row 13. Most seats in row 13 and 14 should be excellent seats with no obstructions....BUT there are pillars in rows 13 and 14 and if your seat in row 14 is within a couple seats of a pillar, part of the field could be obstructed. Mark says the pillar is on the 43 yard line. It just depends how close to the pillar you are. The farther away, the better. And at the current bid price of $265 for two tickets, he is going to get one heck of a markup on his sale. I think those tickets go for $59 a piece! Mark The Homer
SonnyandSam is correct. It's possible one or both seats could be positioned so your shoulders are rubbing up against a pillar. The seller seems reputable. I would question the seller, and ask specifically if the words "Obstructed View" or "Limited View" is printed on the tickets or invoice. Or ask for the seat numbers. If they have a clear view, they are $110 face each. If the seller ignores your question or gives a vague answer, I wouldn't bid.

He said he has not sat in the seats, but has spoken with the Skins ticket office and they told him the seats are not obstructed. I might not even bid on them. But maybe . Thanks for the help. SonnyandSam
Yeah, I emailed him and asked about the obstructed view. He said he has not sat in the seats, but has spoken with the Skins ticket office and they told him the seats are not obstructed. I might not even bid on them. But maybe . Thanks for the help. IF the seats are totally unobstructed, then those are fantastic seats. Not only would they be the perfect view (IMHO) but also partially protected from the weather should it rain. I love the 200 level seats (as long as they are not obstructed.) And at the current price of $270, a very good deal unless it jumps dramatically in the next 6 hours (which it probably will) But this really ticks me off......here are great tickets being sold by some guy who HAS NEVER SAT IN THE SEATS!! He's in it only for the money. He is not a Skins fan. The Skins really need to do SOMETHING about the reselling of their tickets by people who are only in it to make a profit. OK....I'll get off my soap box now
photo4u
I have some on sale also on ebay. I will tell you that they are not the cheapest in the world, but you could split the money up amongst friends or family, and have a wonderful time. I'm also willing to do a best offer option, because I REALLY want to get rid of these tickets. I will not be able to go to any this year because of work, and they would go to waist. The Item number: 270005525871. If really interested give me a call, I can tell you how much each ticket is a piece.
kingchris626
A lot of the 200 level is obstructed view because of monitors. At least from what I hear. I 've never been to fedex. I was going to go last year but all the tickets for sale were obstructed view

Mark The Homer
Seller does not mention "Limited View" or the overhang which we know exists. He also incorrectly states his seats are "directly to the right of the photo". Nope. The seats are actually roughly 30 rows behind the camera well within the cave. They're so far back in the cave that the overhang appears so low you can't even see the club level on the other side of the field. All his listings are similarly inaccurate. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130007207663&ru=http://search.ebay.com:80/130007207663_W0QQfromZR40QQfviZ1

Mark The Homer
To be fair though, looking at the bottom of the pic, it looks like you're standing in a vacant area. The seats don't seem to be bolted in, in front of the camera. There are some vacant areas behind pillars too, where Snyder could have installed seats, but he didn't. Instead, there is just empty deck area.

The back row had one more seat than all the ones in front of it. In front of me is the aisle on the leftmost side of section 230, allowing egress down to the concourse ofr folks in section 230, seats 12 and higher. The ticket rep that took me out there to see my seats told me that that seat had been sold, too. I believe it was section 230, row 23, seat 25. The remainder of the rows had only 24 seats. Rest assured, all of those seats were bolted down, and at least on opening day 2004 they were mostly full, not with happy fans. Seat 25 did have plenty of leg room, for what it is worth. Just as an FYI, these were taken in the first season of obstructed view. My seats have since been moved forward.
