RypienUmApart
Hey fellow skins fans... How would you feel if we traded Ramsey to the Raiders for WR Doug Gabriel and maybe a late 2nd day draft pick? Gabriel is inexpensive, young, and has potential. Your thoughts.

Enter Apotheosis
He's had 500 yards each of the last two seasons as the #3. I'd love that trade but I think it leans too much in our favor.

RypienUmApart
Why would this be locked? And I think this would be a fair trade. He's just sitting behind Moss and Porter.
TheREALJBird
I'm not too sure, I don't know if he'd flourish as a number
rvan1
a WR and a 2nd round pick. right. we'll be lucky if ramsey lands anything higher than 4th round.
RonBurgundy&Gold
You know, I normally HATE these stupid trade scenario posts that come from out of what seems like thin air. But I like this one and it seems somewhat realistic. I love this kid and think he could truly thrive under the right coaches. My cousin and I were talking about him all night it seemed in that last Giants/Oakland game. He's big, good footwork, runs routes, makes nice catches...and best yet, comes with a SMALL PRICE TAG. I'd much rather take a guy like this over a 6th round pick.
#1SkinsFan
i'd like to have him here, and if the Raiders part ways with collins, then maybe the skins will phone up the raiders and propose a trade. maybe......................
RypienUmApart
I said a LATE 2ND DAY PICK. Not a 2nd rounder! A late 2nd day pick = a 6th or 7th rounder.

fdarugar
I think it would have to be Gabriel for Ramsey straight up, I'd love this deal...Gabriel has got a world of potential. Won't happen though...

RypienUmApart
What part of it is crazy? Like I've said I think it is a very fair deal. But that is just my opinion.
NavyDave
Hey I shouldnt say that, I mean if a soccer player can be traded for 30 pounds of meat, anything is possible.............
RypienUmApart
If your saying Ramsey is the more valuable of the 2 then I'd have to disagree...maybe 6 months ago yes but with more QB's available for teams his value has dropped alot.
the burgundy and gold
Why would this be locked? And I think this would be a fair trade. He's just sitting behind Moss and Porter. since you're new you may not know that the best we'll get for ramsey is a 5th round pick, we will most likely have to just release him. Oh ok. I thought you guys were saying Ramsey was still worth a 2nd round pick or so. I agree he is only worth around a 5th rounder but I also think Gabriel is as well. Maybe less. terpfan
I think this is a fair trade, but its been discussed before. Thats the reason for the lock comments. I do like the idea though.
RonBurgundy&Gold
This really isn't that unrealistic as a straight up trade, no picks involved.

mikeyf316
Sorry. I only have 5 or so posts now and haven't been in this forum that long to notice other posts about this. I'm usually on the ESPN forum. No problem. There's a search function at the top of the page with a little pull-down arrow next to it. Often, the mods will lock a thread if the topic has been discussed before. It's recommended to run a quick search before starting a thread, that's all. Welcome to regular posting!
