dinzelwashington
Since Defenders are always reading the qb's eyes, should mark brunell wear shaded facemask so the defense cant see and read his eyes?

PCS
Since Defenders are always reading the qb's eyes, should mark brunell wear shaded facemask so the defense cant see and read his eyes? Nah. Having defenses read your eyes as a QB works in your favor too. Looking off a DB is your friend. Like Cyclops laser-visor. Couldn't resist. iheartskins
Like Cyclops laser-visor. Love the CB references. And dinzel, that's actually not a bad idea. At all. I wonder why more QB's don't wear them (even though I'm sure body language plays a big part too and you can't shade that ).
diesel22
Defensive players can't read a qbs eyes -- we read his head -- that is why when commentators say a qb "looked off" the defender.....they really mean he turned his head/shoulders in a direction other than where he intends to throw the ball. number twenty-eight
Oh and I remember distinctly Jim McMahon wearing one as an Eagle. I wonder if rules have changed on that. Good idea.
