Ball Coach
i totally agree with you. my friends and i talk about this every year. we should have off on monday. It will never happen, because it would cut a day from the host city, but a Saturday night game would work.
Thiebear
I consider the next day to be a "floating holiday". I watched the Denver superbowl in Turkey at 3am. I watched the Bills superbowl in Korea at 8am the next morning. (both were days given off).
SkinsBry
More people take sick or vacation days the day after the Superbowl than any other day of the year. They should just make it a holiday.
Ball Coach
I do make a point to schedule my 'annual physical' the day after the game.
tlk2rn
Yes it should. But it wont do me any good because I work on Sunday nights. So every year I have to call out. They know when Superbowl Sunday rolls around they will be receiving a call from me saying I wont be in tonight.

pR0JEkT 21
I totally agree with this I have discussed this with all my friend plenty of times, it should be a holiday, people that dont even pay attention to the sport the whole season even watch the superbowl game so why not, it would eliminate people calling in and making excuses not to go to work, however here in Las Vegas it can be a holiday, but there will always be people working because everything here is 24/7.
