It was an Oilers fan and he made a bet with one of the regulars from our section. When the Skins kicked the game winning field goal, instead of paying up, he just flashed his piece. Ian Howfield missed a 33 yard kick with 4 seconds on the clock and the score tied at 13-13. Howfield had missed three extra points the prior week and was shaky at best. One of the guys in the booth...I think it was Sonny...but may have been Frank said after the missed chip shot field goal....."
