crimmel
Maybe I missed it, but has anyone heard anything about Jacobs lately? All the injury updates have only talked about Clark, Noble and now Jansen. P.S. :dallasuck
whitejimmy
He's supposed to be mostly recovered and practicing. It should be a gametime call to activate him or not. Looking at this team, now would be a REALLY good time for him to step up!
crimmel
Ain't that the truth, especially since we now down to four "actual" receivers on the roster.
wildbill
He could be a difference maker this week. I'm wondering if Gibbs has something planned for him?
plunk
My guess is he will be active on Monday night.
crimmel
He did catch his first TD pass against Dallas :point2sky
kappaluvacee
If history serves accurate, he'll be out a few more weeks. The kid never seems to be healthy IMHO. If he's not healthy I prefer he not be active. If he's not 100% healthy, I think it increases his chances of getting hurt 400%.
Dead Money
He doesn't have the luxury of being out a few more weeks. Thrash will more than likely pick up the slack until he is fully recovered but he WILL be active.
dawgjk9
he better be active, we will need all of the receivers we cna get on monday...

authentic
I think Clark, Jansen, and Jacobs have been upgraded from questionable to probable. I saw this on Comcast sports last night.
Califan007 The Constipated
Don't you mean his only TD? Ah, but he also caught a 2-pt conversion against Dallas as well...Jacobs ALWAYS scores against Dallas!!..lol
crimmel
Don't you mean his only TD? Good point. So let us summarize what has been said above, Jacobs is injury prone but has breakout games vs. Dallas. So my prediction, TD , blocked punt, torn ACL. Truant
The injury prone knock on Jacobs has been discounted before, but alas, people are set in their conceptions. If Jacobs only steps up against Dallas, I could live with that. We have enough players that choke against them.

skinsman4u
Skins 17, Cowboys 13 Brunell passess for over 300yds 74% rating Portis over 124yds from scrimage Bledsoe sacked 4 times 57% rating. SlinginSammy HOF '63
Is this his "put up or shut up" year? If he doesn't produce and spends the year injured I would hope we look elsewhere for a receiver.
Oldskool
Jacobs isnt listed on the Redskins.com injury report. http://www.redskins.com/team/injuryreport.jsp ESPN has him listed as questionable(as of 9/13) but able to practice all week, per the WP. J-Rad
We need him in a bad way. He needs to do something for this team - such a great practice player but it has never materialized. From everything we hear, he has awesome potential.
