    Doesn’t mcvay have little value for draft picks over proven (old in most cases) talent? Could mcvay have done what Kyle came up with for rg3. All coaches rely on talent, but I think Kyle is probably the better offensive mind given the same tools

    he hasnt had an opportunity at a qb in hindsight. Unless you mean he shouldve purged talent and tanked. Otherwise he has to get into a situation where he is mismanaging a legit qb prospect for what your expecting i think

    ron atm is one of the only stable things about the organization. Hell probably retire or we will get a new owner or stadium before hes fired. not saying thats a good thing. just saying hes the only thing the org can point to atm and say " hes a good guy! "
