Oh my! That looks amazing! Did you make the potstickers, or heat up ones from the store? How early/late do you apply the stir fry sauce and do you have a go to product? Either way, little disappointed I didn’t get an invite.

Speaking of bonus players, re the updates above on Robert Hassell, he was regarded as the best pure hitter that came over in the trade and he absolutely stunk last year. But he dealt with a hamate injury for the better part of two years, and was still recovering from it most of last season. Having dealt with a hamate type injury before, it takes absolutely forever to regain strength in your hand/wrist in a way that is sufficient to handle the amount of torque generated by swinging a baseball bat. Glad to see him picking back up and raking now.

It’ll be truly amazing if he pans out. Could definitely see if move back into the top 100. I think we’ll see him go to Rochester when Wood comes up with Lile backfilling him in Harrisburg.

Rosario is batting .088 right now. Like Gallo, just get him out of the lineup. DFA/Release him if that's possible. I know they have guys on IR working their way back. But anybody would be better right now.

I’d expect him to move out when Robles comes back which could be this weekend or early next week.

I know they talk about needing lefty bats. If that’s the case, then bring up Wood too.

They clearly aren't rushing him since with the few changes they'd had, they kept him in AAA.

    Still...... Got Wood yet?

They have a lot of roster decisions to make over the next month.

Robles starts a rehab assignment. Garrett is currently on one.

Thomas may be ready late May/early June. Gallo’s injury isn’t long term.

Call has done well in his limited sample, but I don’t think he sticks.

I wouldn’t send Young down for Robles. I think we’ll see Robles back soon and Call sent down. They’ll go with an OF of Winker, Robles, Young. Maybe Robles plays himself into a trade or gets released. Wood replaces him.

    Garrett replaces Rosario.

Whomever is healthier first (Gallo, Thomas) replaces Lipscomb.

Lots of moving parts and priorities to manage. I know Senzel has another year of control, but if he plays his way into a Candelario type trade, I think you jump on it.

This is just the position side. We could have Gray and Cavalli returning in a similar timeframe.

I misread what you typed. But that's overblown, honestly. He threw 30 pitches in 1.1 IP. That's not overuse--which is the battle cry whenever an inconsistent reliever struggles. It was the same thing with Mason Thompson last year. Fact is Weems has never been consistent--and he's been rarely used three days in a row. We need a more reliable bridge.

They need to get more guys who can consistently pitch multiple innings every few games if their bullpen is being asked to cover four to five innings a night. Cant really hold up when six of the guys are one inning types.

Take a look at what you linked. He’s made 12 appearances and has been scored on four times. He had only been scored on once in his first eight appearances. He pitched three days in a row in Oakland which were game 6-8 for him. Then sat for six days and now has given up runs in three of his last four games.

We have an option on Senzel, so he might stick around. I am loving Jacob Young--will ultimately be a 4th OF, I think, but man he is such a spark plug! He is a Juan Pierre type--very useful cog in a winning team.

We also need a more reliable bridge to Harvey and Finnegan. Weems is wildly inconsistent. Maybe Hertz, Brykczy when he gets healthy. Law was good today, but again, way too inconsistent and he is awful with men on.

Odd how Weems’ struggles started after pitching three days straight.

Kick ass come back win yesterday! Brutal error in the first and the wheels fell off after that--but Davey's boys put them back on the truck and kept on rollin'! How can you not like this team??

They are picking each other up. Can’t believe that after committing three errors in game 1 in 2023, Abrams commits his first in game 27. The did botch three DP attempts. Call made a nice play in right, and Lipscomb made a very important play late (eight hits so far in the series).

Wild that this lineup is capable of 23 runs in two back to back games.

Will Senzel produce himself into a trade chip?
