    looking back to last year it seems the defense gave up 30 points to almost every good team and a ton of yardage. Even the lions. the expectation is there for them to perform as it should be given the players they have but they have never really actually lived up to it. Points given up may not be the only stat to consider as the offense was bad but I personally did not see the defense highly despite their ranking. The star studded d line should be ashamed of themselves, how they don't get enough pressure/sacks is mind boggling. JDR has a great track record and the players to do it. what ****ing gives?

    have seen a bunch of notoriously trash teams turn it around except for washington. Team is eternal ass, truly amazes me.

    Felt like we didnt have enough at WR as it is and now with Samuel likely out we are in trouble at that position yet again. He should have opted for surgery, that was a big mistake. We need another big name alongside Terry and another solid dependable WR imo. Terry is just gonna get doubled again all year long unless Samuel comes back but who knows if he even will.

    Derek Carr stat wise is about the same if not better than stafford these past few years, wouldnt mind trading for him either. Dont think he has any injury concerns as well and hes a few years younger. This is all granted he is available or we offer enough to make him available.

    wonder if lions are going to take any input from stafford as to where he wants to go as a courtesy for ruining his career. I think we must go all in for the guy, filling depth or other couple holes over qb is laughable as no team is perfect.

    THIS. With all the great rookies we have we must find a qb to win now. having a franchise qb will mean paying a ton of money to that qb and that issue is inevitable if we want to truly compete for a SB. Or we could try and draft again but we all know how tough it is to find a franchise qb, its possible by the time the qb develops (if he develops) the defense will lose its key pieces to FA.

    absolutely need to do whatever it takes to get deshaun watson here. hes a 25 year old franchise qb, these situations are rare. we saw what the offense could do with competent qb play against TB, making this move would be way more beneficial than signing a LB or really any other position of need at the moment. Let the team draft to fill those holes, after all it is the draft picks that have put this team on the rise. We made it to 7 wins with a 30th ranked offense, imagine how many more wins we could have had with watson. Anyone still think we need to fill the qb hole through the draft where there are no guarantees? I think not.

    I think qb has to be the pick for us, without one we wont go anywhere. im watching justin fields highlights and interviews. how do you guys think he stacks up vs dwayne coming into the league?

    if danny gets the boot it might be as emotional as winning a super bowl for me. we will not be winners until that insecure little man is thrown out. lets pray that this happens somehow.

    Well the video exists and it seems from the washington post article that just came out they plan to sue the team. Someone is going down for it, its very much illegal. Why wouldnt all fingers be pointed at dan snyder even if he somehow didnt know? Its his organization, he must take the fall. The fact that there isnt much press over this is shameful regardless of all else that is wrong in our country at the moment. If more news continues to come out and this doesnt get the attention it deserves well that shows you the problem with our society and why things like this continue to happen. Anyways this is an ongoing investigation, we have no idea what may come out that will screw him over even more.
