Leave it to the 9ers GM to get a McCaffrey

I can get with this pick too.
Pathway to contribute and a great skillset to build off of.
I'm a happy camper.

You need a freak athlete to stay ahead of JD 20 yards downfield lol.
Beef is Beef
Just glad we grabbed some meat

I like this one. He can grow with the team, and he can contribute this year.
Let him learn from Ertz, and naturally let him build. TE is a hard position to get going as a rookie

They sent a dude named Picard for Space Force.
100% Branding Boss move right there.

I'd love a deal similar to what Carolina just got.
2 lower picks plus a 2025 2nd

The Titans were probably going to take Newton. This is probably a WR here for them. Mitchell?
Spot on. Looks like we undercut them.
I question the fit, similar situation to Phi where its hard for him to have big impact behind other guys, but we will see moving forward.

Didn't see DT coming

Poor player announcer. Hung out to dry w/ that name.

Hoping we do trade back at #40 and grab another 3rd rounder.
I'd be cool w/ that.

I wonder if he wears a tinted visor. That would look bad ass and be super marketable along with the VR stuff to make him seem like some sort of cyborg.
He used a clear one in college.
I luv the tinted visor look, but the NFL cracked down hard w/ the emphasis on concussions. They want team medical reps to have a clear view of a players eyes when they get to them to help evaluate them. I believe you have to have a medical exemption to wear tinted visors on gameday now.
Sux, but can't exactly be mad at the NFL on this one. Safety makes sense here.

QB injuries are mostly luck. A hit at a bad angle, getting rolled up on, slamming your hand on a helmet.
To quote RG3 in a recent vid
"Football is a 100% injury rate. All positions"
There is truth to that. You don't wanna be the chronically injured guy for sure, but nobody is gonna avoid injuries altogether either.
Even Kickers find a way to get hurt, and they pretty much just show up and collect a check.

The ability to stuff your own face w/ crow is exceedingly underrated.
Props to everyone who showed up for mild ribbing
And shame on those who slink away from it and choose to hide.
We're not even allowed to dunk that hard.
I'd be putting the Vince Carter dunk package to shame if I could do it without fear of repercussion.

Sounds like the Raiders are butt-hurt for not giving the draft farm for the opportunity. Yay us....poor them.
Davonte Adams and Pierce are not the only ones who wanted JD it seems...
Half of Vegas was thirsty.
Ah well, I'm sure they will be just fine with *looks up Raiders QB*..... Oh..... Oh naw....
I'll take the impending Davante meltdown off their hands for a 7th.

But seriously It's obviously possible but if I had a nickel for every draft pick that was "highest on our board" I'd have a big bag of nickels that's for sure.
Right up there w/
We had a 1st round grade on this 2nd round guy
and
We could not believe he was still available late in the draft.

Loving that we are getting guys that have space to contribute.
Don't want a repeat of Forbes being the only rookie to do anything for half a year.
