    You said it’s not logical to expect a rookie to have technique to beat double teams and I just mentioned that there was a rookie last year who was one of the better ends in the league at beating them. No matter what data you look at Bosa was one of the best d ends in the league last year, not even just comparing him to rookies. And Chase was actually touted as being a better prospect than Nick. I was just hoping for a little competition with Nick and it’s not even close. There is nothing you can compare the two with.

    I’m pretty sure Bosa was 4th in the league last year at beating double teams. There’s just no way around it, Bosa was an absolute stud as a rookie and we just have to hope Chase learns and doesn’t end up like a Clowney.

    You keep saying ridiculous things. No one is saying anything like that. But why exactly is it unreasonable to expect him to have one of the better rookie seasons of all time? Especially after what we saw from the #2 pick last year. Not gonna lie it’s a little disappointing that we’re listing off 50 excuses about why he’s not producing instead of pointing to actual production.

    It's really not that deep to have a gimmick. I was just hoping for more production out of our #2 draft pick and disappointed that he's not even close to playing like the #2 pick did last year.

    It's a rhetorical question. It's obvious that it's reasonable to expect a #2 pick to produce like or better than previous edge rushers their rookie season. The fact you tried to say it isn't reasonable is what's interesting.

    You're being incredibly childish with your posts. No one is saying he has to be the best in the league. Is it not reasonable to expect him to be one of the better rookie D ends of all time like the #2 pick from last year?

    Seems like a ton of excuses for me. The numbers aren't even close. 50 to 18. Seems reasonable to want more production out of a #2 pick and a pick where you don't have to list off 50 excuses for him not producing. I mean, to me, that's a reasonable expectation.

    Nick Bosa at this time last year had about 50 and ended the season with 80. Is it really that unreasonable to want that kind of season out of our #2 pick? One where he's not 2nd to other rookies but up there with the rest of the league because he's so good. I don't know, seems reasonable to me.

    Wrong Bosa and no, I don't think what he's done is special at all Edit: I just looked up the other Bosa and he had 10.5 sacks as a rookie so you have the wrong guy completely.
