I'm really intrigued by the Cam Newton at tight end idea. Lots of potential for trick plays. It'd be like Antwaan Randle-El 2.0. Maybe he could return punts, too, since that's not really DeAndre's thing. Love this idea. Love this signing. Bunmi Rotini has shown flashes as a rusher, but his bread and butter is run defense. Nobody gets pasta him.

I get your stance, and if we hadn't lost our 3rd, I'd probably agree with you. But there's bound to be several guys I still really like available late 1st, early 2nd. I think I'd prefer to get two guys there than take a shot on one I don't love at 11. It really just depends on who is available when we're on the clock. I know that probably isn't the most popular opinion.

I've wanted Lloyd or Dean at 11 for awhile. But recently, I've started to feel the way you do. I think we can find our MLB in the 2nd. The drop off from Lloyd and Dean vs. Muma is not, in my opinion, as much as the drop off the from the 1st round WRs to the 2nd. If Sauce or Stingley are available, I think you take one. If not, I'm looking for a WR.

I'd be cool with that, too lol Sauce is my guy. Stingley has a few question marks, but everything I've read on him makes me feel better about him succeeding.

I was on a Ravens board the other day. Lots of them are all-in on Stingley at 14. Some even suggesting they would be open to the team moving up a few spots to ensure they get him. It'd be pretty sweet to drop back 3 spots and still land one of our top picks while recouping some draft capital lost in the Wentz deal.

Yep. It'll be Muma at 11. Book it. 😁 I certainly would love to bring in Wagner at the right price for a few years. I'd still want them to take a LB in the 2nd or 3rd. Wagner would probably do wonders for the development of Jamin and a rookie.

I feel like there's no way the Jets pass on him, but I see your logic. I would be pumped. Hamilton or Sauce or trade down for me. We re-signed McCain, but there's room for Hamilton. Lol why is this in this thread??
