Aiyuk is one of the best receivers in the NFL and he broke Jayden in at AZ St.  We have **** tons of money and no elite players to spend it on.  I think a trade for Aiyuk makes sense, but no way I'd give up next year's first.

    Yeah I mean, I'd offer a 3rd.  Maaaaaybe a future 2nd.

But also I don't think you do that until well past pick 40 and maybe deciding what to do with the WRs in front of us.

Mitchell, McConkey, and Coleman all dudes I'd be happy with in the 36/40 range.  Coleman least happy but still happy.

seriously, that you somehow thought that typing out that little ditty and drop it here was worthwhile in any way suggests some very questionable thinking and decision making

but that you chose to do R &R in the Bahamas gives me hope for you 😉

I'm gonna get all my positivity about Daniels out in the next couple days so I can post all my negative feelings about him from Cancun next week.  :P

"Honey come on stop posting online and pick a drink."

"Fine I'll have a pina colada.  Make it strong, unlike Jayden's arms!"

  3. Maaaaaaaaan I really want new toys for Jayden but if Cooper is sitting there at 36 I think you gotta.  Unless there's secret data about him that's a negative, he's just such an impact guy and can play anywhere on the defense.  Some people view that as a negative, since he has no home position but it's actually great.  Dude can be anywhere at any time doing anything.  Total wild card that you can't plan for.

  4. I was on the fence about Legette and Pearsall so them going before guys like AD Mitchell and McConkey is huge.

I gotta think Bills take one of those two.  Unless they want Coleman.  Probably asked Panthers who they were taking and when they said Legette they were thrilled and did pick swap.

  5. Paul is a guy I'd love at 67 or even better at 78 to pair with a higher ranked prospect at 36 or 40 and hope they end up our new bookends.  Don't know if he lasts that long but felt 36/40 was a tinge high for him.

But if they like Paul a whole lot and wanna spend 36 or 40 on him I'll trust that.

  6. I'm sure Peters made some calls, but if they didn't decide to pull the trigger I trust that choice.  There will be really good talent tomorrow at both 36 and 40.

There are a bunch of WRs left who would be good value in the 2nd, so we're guaranteed to have the option of one or two.

  7. There is a lot to like about Jayden.

His mechanics are sound.  Footwork is great.  Release is quick.  Uses eyes to help manipulate the defense and goes through his progressions well.  Arm is fine for the NFL, not big, but it'll work.  Great touch on the ball.

He, like all prospects, has some places to improve, but I'm optimistic he'll figure it out.  The VR stuff has been intriguing to hear about.  I hope we've got a VR room set up for him ASAP.

  8. I don't hate this move for the Bills.  Like there are good receivers, assuming that that's what they're targeting, but I kinda view some of these guys in the same tier.

Slip back 5 picks, grab some capital and probably get a guy you really like at 32 anyway.

I can't think of a more depressing way to follow the draft lol

Oh I mean, I got about 15 tabs open plus the tv going.  I pulled it up just to check which picks teams had later and noticed Latu was listed as the picked before it was announced on tv, and it's now happened like 3 times.
