  1. Not sure if these lyrics have anything to do with the protests but ' no refuge could save the hireling and slave From the terror of flight, or the gloom of the grave '
  2. Ggg controlled the fight and I think his punches affected Canelo more than the other way around. Canelo looked like DelaHoya from the second half of the Trinidad fight ......or he was on the ropes. Giving Canelo 5 rounds is generous imo.
  3. Something about the way he speaks, what he reveals, and his un-commitment to Pierre-like rhetoric about wanting to be here doesn't sit right with me. P.s-- Is that Pollux Troy in your avatar?

  8. Is he a free agent? Could we swindle a 5th for him?
  9. Great fight by both. Ward's got guts. Could've went either way. Kovalev has a point about the judges.
  10. Connor the man and all but it appears the UFC is taking good care of him. Who else could win the belt from a 5+ year champ on a fluke 13 second k.o. and not have to give the man a rematch. Not even after he beat Frankie. He hasn't defended it once and that was a year ago. He then fights a 5ish ranked lightweight at 170 and gets beat. You'd think he'd have to defend his 145.....nope. He fights Nate again and gets gifted a decision in which he literally ran in the fight. Oscar Dela HOya was like 'damn'. Then he jumps in front of the line to fight the champ? Khabib has been there at no.1 for 4 years it seems and it wouldn't be right if he don't get the next shot. Though I think Ferg might be the best in the division.
  11. Was I the only one to see KC take a h2h early in the game I think on the opening drive?
  12. We really need him and Kerrigan to Get the qb. Funny how in the offseason all the talk was on how Junior,Ryan, and Preston were going to be hell on O-lines but it's been the guy who everyone doubted getting pressure. He wears a jersey on Sundays hopefully for another few years. He and his kids will have a black face forever.
  13. 2 could've went either way.....I would rather of been Diaz since it seemed he was taking over. But Connor is the $$. Good for biz, run it back at 155. Btw.. 'Aldo fighting like an idiot'?? He got countered and stopped in 13 seconds. To paraphrase Carl 'the Truth' , he "didn't even get a chance to show his stuff". Connor vs Georges will break the bank.
  14. Yankees.....Cards....Lakers.....Celtics.....unmerican?? He made a smart buisness move IMO. Westbrook is rumored to leave and no matter who Durant went to regarding the Spurs,Clippers, and Warriors would've created a super-team. So pick the best dummy, win your chip and go where your heart is where u can watch your favorite football team play and hang with your family and friends.......and then try to build another winner.

  16. Nunes should get the next fight. Belt could have 4 owners in less than a year. McGregor wasn't the stronger guy tonight. He can punch, too bad he fought a Diaz brother. They eat punches like they got the munchies.......plus.......Gracie.

  19. How much weight does RR cut to get to 135? Cyborg is the only fighter who could be competitive with Rousey imo. Tate doesn't have the strength or athleticism. Zingano maybe could've been a nice fight just a bad strategy on her part. Where is Marloes?? The girl from the show(Pena) is still a bit green.......like Bethe but seems strong enough to not get completely bullied by RR.
