  1. I'm no fan of LFC, but this is great to watch. Chelsea in meltdown is a sight to behold.
  2. No he ain't GHH. He's probably going to be very very good......but Shankly status is out of his league IMHO.
  3. Can't believe LFC chose Klopp over Big Sam. Will regret that.
  4. Personally think Klopp is a little bit over hyped/rated. But he's good and a great fit for Liverpool. He's also joining English football at the perfect time, the league is bang average at the moment. He'll do well and be very entertaining along the way. Also, whenever I now see a picture of a smirking Klopp I think of GHH. Don't know why, but it's wierd and mildly disturbing.
  5. Klopp and Liverpool are well matched. I'm yet to be convinced it will end well though.
  6. Thanks for the link FrFan. Almost paid for NFL gamepass earlier. The link was perfect, result aside obviously.
  7. Pedro is quality and great value for Utd at that price, if true.
  8. It ain't good my friend. Been to an England/Scotland game before and it isn't pretty.
  9. England v Scotland To quote Dr Sam Beckett, Oh boy....
  10. Delph back to City on, having a medical apparently. £8m which is very good value for City IMO.....but... And so ends another England career......
  11. Benteke for anything north of £20m is awful. Would smack of blowing £35m or whatever it was on Carroll. It also undermines the positive business of getting £40m after QPR's share for Sterling.
  12. Fantastic business for Liverpool. Sterling could never justify that fee. Never. Shaun Wright Phillips and Trevor Sinclair had potential too........
  13. Not anymore. Most of us know we are still very average. Liverpool are doing a great job of screwing City over on this one. That kind of money for Sterling is absurd.
  14. Will take more than a cleared foot to reach normality my friend........
  15. Milner, not really another BR player for my money. Don't mind him, think he s a really solid pro....but really, James Milner...
  16. Sky sports reporting Liverpool plan to stick with BR for next season.
  17. Barca will hammer them. I think by a clear 3 or 4 goals.
  18. Well respected in my part of the world, managing my home town team of Workington on his career path to greatness.
  19. It's was a great experience. Always been a fan of Manchester as a place to go, but I think this weekend topped that. No problem re the kind words, however I have to admit you sat outside a pub in agony with a broken foot, on Liverpool/Utd day does have an element of comedy in there GHH...I can only imagine how pleasant you were to be around haha.
  20. Sounds nasty. Very nasty. As an aside, just back from a weekend in Liverpool. Amazingly never been before in my life. And I was very impressed, it surpassed what I was expecting. Great Place to visit....need to revisit without the kids one weekend soon to test the nightlife out.
  21. Haven't seen any games today, but great result for Lpool. City continue to be average for my money. The league is a general wash of parity over the course of 30+ games, aside from probably Chelsea who just know how to win enough games irrespective of form.
  22. No chance of getting 50m for Sterling IMO. That's would amaze me. Out of interest, at what point does his fee rise to £5mil as per the terms from when you bought him?
  23. True..buts that's Rodgers job to sort out in the second half and onwards IMO.
  24. Looks like Rodgers should carry the can for this one then...shut up shop early to play for pens, which is ok when you nail it but when you don't.....
