  1. Reports suggest he would compete with Joe Hart for the #1 spot. Can't see it, Hart would be gone if he signs.
  2. Ref made a few suspect calls, but on balance the result was fair enough for my money.
  3. Vardy and Lallana performed well over the two friendlies. Generally expected sub par turn out for England tonight. However, other results tonight make our display on Saturday all the more impressive. At least tonight weeds out some dead wood whilst others cement their Euro places. That's what these games are for.
  4. Maybe so. Probably has got lazy on the 140k per week contract. The great Ian Rush wants LFC to keep him, so someone of his stature must know what he's on about I guess. Yeh, 24 sitters is more like it haha
  5. Benteke is probably a good fit at West Ham. Could see him scoring goals. He's not at a club that fits his style and he can't be blamed for not living upto that absurd transfer fee.
  6. Now where's the fun in that......... England and Germany don't play friendly games to be honest. To true fans, that game has more meaning than 80% of the trivial qualifying games we play.
  7. Yeh I know he did. It was more the predictable anti England nature of your post. Needless in mid conversation between myself & your lil bro... ...don't worry, no more England talk, I will let you return this to your Liverpool thread... Oh wait, you already did....
  8. Yeh not a fan of Leicester but love what they are doing to football this year. Vardys movement and finish was quality. He's got a bit of attitude as well. England should be looking at Rashford for the senior squad. I seriously think he should be involved to the extent I would be thinking of taking him to the Euros. We have a chance to throw him into the squad as our 4th/5th striker option. Takes me back to being in France for the '98 World Cup. Michael Owen was slightly more established but not by much really. Predictable as ever my friend. Shouldn't you be busy in the ES mock draft thread today?
  9. Not seeing that at all. Can't even blame the drink, watched the game sober. I think we disagree haha.
  10. Not sure about that DC, Can was pretty average and aside from one pass Keideri got abused in possession. Think they were arsed, to be fair I think England played very well. Credit to them, albeit in a friendly.
  11. Its fair to say Utd suck and LVG is tactically clueless this season, staggeringly so.
  12. Out of interest, do you know many people who blagged there way into the final. Two mates of mine basically got into Wembley without tickets for the final. Failed twice, third time lucky. Said some stewards were clueless.
  13. ..............is far far greater than 2mil. Agreeing with GHH is not something i chose to do lightly, but he's bang on here. It's a disgraceful situation.
  14. His record was 1 in 4 before this seasons 15 games or so. But to be fair none of us have heard of him before anyway, so we have no real idea if he's any good or not.
  15. See it as a positive DC that there is a team more desperate than you. That would be more wasted money IMO.
  16. Oh we'll I talk em up and that happens. Citeh it is then.
  17. Ok I've had enough of talking Liverpool up. I need to move on and enjoy my Saturday night.......
  18. Worst in years. Probably ever. Klopp has the ability to push Liverpool all the way amongst this crock of you know what.
  19. I think Liverpool are the best team in in the premier league right now. It's there for the taking lads.
  20. Haha. No it means you and Klopps predecessor BR were the only 2 people on the planet who couldn't see sicknote Sturridge's true colours.
  21. Come on lads, Klopp isn't a genius for calling out Sturridge. The world of football knows Sturridge's track record.
  22. I'm no fan of LFC, but this is great to watch. Chelsea in meltdown is a sight to behold.
