Was just watching Fantasy Live on NFLN. They kept showing a bar in Culver City, CA called "Joxer Daly's". TONS of Redskins fans there Thursday night. I'm taking it, that's a Redskins bar. Any ESers go there?

I'm totally against changing the name, but I have to admit, there are some other nicknames that I would welcome. In no particular order:

That's ok. I'm not ashamed to admit it. I also saw "Girl Fight" a couple of weeks ago on Lifetime. That one was actually based off a true story. And last night they had some movie on with Beyonce called "Obsessed". I only watched a few minutes of it (Braves were on), but it looked a little cheesy. But I would still watch it just to see her. They also had some hot blonde in it.

You know you guys watch Lifetime. Especially if you have girls around. Thats all they watch lol.

But you watched it in you spare time, with a handkerchief, and the lights dimmed. There's a difference .

Oh and Obsessed was awesome, and that blonde chick is Ali Larter, whom you may or may not remember from movies such as House On Haunted Hill, Final Destination, and Varsity Blues. And might I say, she has definitely aged well (I'm assuming she's in her late 30's. I'd have caved immediately...kicked out of the house, marriage destroyed everything.

If that chic is in her late 30s...man oh man.

Why do people keep acting like Houston is this small town? Last checked, it's the 4th largest city in the US.

It is, yes. But its no comparison to LA, in any way. There is little pressure at all playing in Houston. That was the point I was getting at.

I'm planning to pick up a new dishwasher tomorrow and install it. Bought an installation kit and some teflon tape at Home Depot today.

I read up on it and watched some videos, seems like a pretty straightforward job for a homeowner with basic tools.

Any tips?

How much does the place you bought it charge to install? If it's $100 or less, I'd just leave it to the pros. But that's just me.

Bubble Screen, some of those clean looking teams evolved from a much more cleaner look. Not saying I'm against a simple look. But times do change.

I think if it works in college football, then it certainly would work in the NFL. Most college fans are fans of the NFL. It worked for the pro teams Ravens & Bucs. I really don't think Jurgy's work is that busy looking. IMO.. But would it hurt if the skins updated their jerseys? No. Just my thoughts.

And not sure why you included the Ravens in this. They weren't an existing team that changed the look of their uniforms. After leaving Cleveland, they were basically a new franchise. There was no updating to their uniforms. The Bucs? Sure, they improved their uniforms. But how could they NOT have? They were going from a hideous color and a funny looking Pirate (or whatever that dude was supposed to be). I don't think they could have messed them up if they tried. But, for the record, their new logo doesn't do that much for me either. I like the colors, however.
