  1. Yep, I’m aware. It’s the NFL. Lesser teams win when they shouldn’t, and better teams lose when they shouldn’t. Literally happens every year. Washington had “no chance” winning against Tom Brady and that Buc’s team, two years ago. But they did. Washington had “no chance” winning against the undefeated Eagles last season, but they did.
  2. It’s just the second game of the season, everyone…. relax
  3. Sigh… I don’t feel particularly confident. But, I would love to be wrong.
  4. Well, at least one team made some halftime adjustments… let’s hope the other team did as well
  5. Seriously, really not trying overreact, but Gibson’s fumbles always seem to be in the red zone, at the worst time. Incredible
  6. Lol. Alright, I realize I’m extraordinarily biased, but that was one of the worst offensive PI calls I’ve ever seen. It’s honestly unbelievable. Bring on the conspiracy theory of refs engaging in makeup calls, to avoid peer review of favoritism.
  7. The tensile strength of this Defense does have a breaking point- hopefully we don’t see that limit exceeded today
  8. Recency bias, based on the emotional response that you and I, as fans, emotionally respond to. Especially since we react to every singular play. On that note, I feel the same way:)
  9. Absolutely should be an ejection. Target to the head, especially when the player ( Howell) was out of bounds. Complete bull****
  10. I'm more concerned about the next 12 pack.... Be safe. Football is back. Let's all rejoice
  11. This provides more credence to why the sewage pipes burst at Fed ex field. Ron, all along, was behind this sanitary breakdown. Unfortunately, it didn't lead to any cancellation of games. Though, it may have contributed to Dan Snyder selling the franchise. I think that's a win. Well done, Ron
  12. More reason to go into the lake. Good teaching opportunity for Ron, and this Commanders team. Sure, the team can operate reasonably well, on a field, with stable footing. But can Sam Howell through off his back foot, while treading water, during a maelstrom? This is what preseason is for. Ron has definitely YouTube'd Water Polo videos, to prepare his team for this specific situation. Treading water for 2 hours might affect the pass rush, however. But that's why we have the preseason.
  13. Eh, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame is nearby. Also, I believe there's an Applebee's close by, proximity wise... There's a few things to do, besides play a football game
  14. With another surge of precipitation/storms on its way. I find it hard to believe they'll try to squeeze in a football game, within the brief period of respite from one storm to the other. I would love to be wrong
  15. This game is different it Taylor plays at QB. If you’re going to run the ball 70 percent of the time, please play the QB that has some agility/threat at running the ball. If you want to play Wentz, then play to his strengths( throw down the field).
  16. You can’t pull Heini now. Let him finish the game. See what happens. He’s earned that opportunity. If it’s still as bad, then Wentz plays out the rest of the season.
  17. Preseason game 2. Literally means nothing, in regards to regular season prognostics.
  18. Ok, so this might officially be the worst thing I've ever seen, take place on an NFL playing field. The more depressing variable, is that we, fans of the team, are watching millionaires enact a Friday walkthrough session. Joke is on us
