Where’s your argument with my logic? This is all about speculation, guessing and projecting. Opinions are what they are at this point. Not saying yours is right or wrong but you have to take this whole process with a grain of salt until these picks get a chance to prove themselves.

Just watched his highlight reel. Dude gets his helmet ripped off three times making contested catches in the endzone. Catches all three for TD's. Unreal focus.

I think we are going to end up loving the McCaffrey pick. He’s very new to the receiver position (switched from QB) but he has already shown massive potential. He will be our slot guy and WR #3 very quickly and he’s a guy who will do more than run option routes and crossers.
Possible kick returner as well if he has any of his brothers juice. You can't bet against that bloodline.

Sinnot was a Eugene Shen influenced pick. He values TE's.

If we didn’t have Quan, Dejean would have been the pick. But now probably Paul and Jonny Wilson
And Chinn for that matter.

Edgerrin Cooper is lurking for us.

dude was 25th on the nfl.com dudes board, 28th on bruglers, 11th on PFF it looks like.
I don't think he's a ridiculous pick like that Mathis dude a few years ago, he was clearly expected to go off the board in round 1 and is a replacement for probably Allen, whose donezo in a year or two if he isn't traded.
Say Dude again!

Lucas is serviceable and there will be a new wave of free agency plus cuts late in camp. I agree though that both OT spots are a concern right now.
Reaching for needs bites you - it was one of Ron’s faults.
Ron also avoided glaring obvious BPA talent for character guys. Still pissed about Gonzales right now.

Still don't get why we traded Howell if JD was the pick. Pretty stupid IMHO.
Simply because Peters felt an upgrade at the position was warranted and wanted to give Howell a chance to play with another team. He would have been benched for whomever we picked at 2.

I like Kool Aid and he’d be awesome at 36 but perfect scheme fit??? He is < 6 feet tall and was not known for being a pick machine.Don't worry Forbes is known as a pick machine. 😉

And Peters is not responsible for any of that history
Dont even try to rationalize, I get the feeling the combination of Dan Snyder PTSD and Jack Daniels is too insurmountable of a barrier for optimism or logic.

Ummm... How long have you been paying attention? 1 year of good QB play and skinny as hell. We have seen this before. We have sucked since 93
How is this that a continuation of losses? I can't play the future telling game like you I guess,

I was warned by people from cities whose franchises were bought by the Harris group, about how we may not like their changes to the franchise.
What a bad short-term marketing driven choice by Peters! My opinion only, but I'm too tired to invest in yet another Washington FO decision that could be questionable for the long term.
You have to keep in mind that most NFL execs polled favored Daniels. I dont think Peters is in it for a Marketing boost. He wants W's. Then if the W's come marketing is easy.

IMHO ... Peters caved to KK's needs .... whose offenses still haven't translated well to the NFL. IMHO, KK is the weakest link in the Washington coaching team; I really wish they hadn't decided to bring him in, because KK's ceiling is barely NCAA, not NFL
This was the least desirable pick for what What I felt Washington was trying to build for their team's culture. IMHO, a complete and total thumbs down. Even if "twiggy" Daniels survives more than 3 years in the NFL arena, he's a mercenary and will leave Washington in the lurch, for another team offering more money.
I'm very disappointed with the GM-Peters brain-trust, and may need to reflect on how much I want to support this team going forward.
Please don't disrespect me on my opinion that this was the wrong pick; but I have a right to disagree with your opinion on how I should think.
TD's and electricity heal all wounds. Hopefully youngblood is the next D coordinator nightmare. Don't step off the ledge yet because you may be surprised. Nobody can or should disrespect an opinion that is a prediction. I am staying positive until I see with my own eyes that Peters made a mistake.

I'm struggling to understand how we were deciding between Daniels and the 5th QB selected in the draft.
Only time can answer that quandary.

What is the deal with him? Is he that bad? He looked good at the thier Proday. That is the extent of my knowledge of him. Seems to have an ideal size. Maybe we will get him next.
