I sort of like this trade. We got rid of Lewis, that's enough to be happy about. Ariza is gonna be turning 27 in 10 days and plays really hard. Okafor make me wanna choke a whore. I like that he is a good defender, we suck at defense. Don't like getting get of the No. 46 pick but whatever.

I know he's out of our range, as in he will likely be picked between 15-20, but I really wish we could draft Doron Lamb. I was watching some of the combine this morning and shot tremendously, we all knew he could shoot. Also interviewed him and he seems like a focused dude.

I see Kidd-Gilchrist play and I see a strong player with ridiculous ups and tremendous slashing ability. I see Barnes and I see a good shooter who goes cold frequently and isn't as strong. I'd take MKG in an instant.

I think you are being overly optimistic. That team doesn't wow me. It has potential though I will give you that. Anthony Davis is JaVale McGee 2.0 to me. I hope we don't get him. I don't like Sullinger very much either. He'll contribute and be a solid NBA player like a la Big Baby, but he won't be the dominant forward we need.

The offense looked so stagnant today. Sometimes I wonder about the Princeton offense. I hardly think JTIII should be fired, but man...that last shot when we were down 2 by Otto Porter was horrible. I almost would've liked us to hold onto the ball and take the final shot for the win. No inside presence either. Really it all started in those last 5 minutes of the first half like I said. You just can't let a team get back into it like that when you are up 10 going into the half. I hope Hopkins and Ayegba can show some stuff next year because we are going to need them. And I really hope Thompson stays. I see him as a late first rounder at best, maybe early second. If he stayed and had a solid year he could turn into a top 20 pick.

Nene isn't exactly young. He isn't old either. He's my age lol. I don't feel that young anymore. Don't really see much in these moves. McGee and Young were gonna be free agents, we got an extra second round pick and a solid center. Not bad I guess. And Brian Cook wowzers. He ain't bad though. Frontcourt upgrade for sure in this deal. Just saw Nene's contract. Holy moly christ. And he is injury prone. Wonderful. People were begging for us to trade McGee....and this is what we get. I would've rather just let him walk at the end of the year instead of this.

Hoyas lack the killer instinct. This has been their problem the last few years. Regular season is irrelevant unless you can do some damage in the conference tourney or NCAA. JTIII better get them motivated for the NCAA tourney. Or else it is going to be a first/second round exit. An elite 8 run will be the only way to validate themselves.

I think this is the best game I've seen us play in about 3 years. Glad it was on NBA TV. Nick Young was just unconscious. Wall was driving strong and finishing. He was hitting his jumper too. Crawford as well. All three of those guys played like they should. McGee and Vesely had a defensive presence, rebounded. Contributed offensively. So did Booker. Passing was good. Overall just a really nice game. Now if we could just play like that always.

Wall made his first three pointer of the season last night. Wow.

Shaka Smart. I have no clue actually just throwing that out there. Sometime with fire and who won't mind kicking some ass would be a start.
