    I’m surprisingly calm about this. I have full faith in Peters and his staff, as well as our coaches to make this right. Maye or Daniels. I prefer the former but I’ll be happy with the latter.

    None of the Gibbs players have. They were so much a part of a team-first culture. I mean arguably the single greatest line in NFL history has one member in the HoF. How Jacoby isn't there is nuts. Monk was roundly ignored for ever.

    I never said he did. I said he openly stated his preferences were Las Vegas and Minnesota. Only when specifically asked, he responded to Washington, with a "yeah, I guess" kind of attitude. Body language matters. Tone matters. Given that and all the noise around TopGolf, his agent, it's a concern. No one wanted to believe RGIII's diva attitude during that draft either. You want to ignore it, fine. But to me, it's an issue.

    He is actually giving RG3 vibes with the whole top golf nonsense and talking about where he prefers to play. His half hearted endorsement of playing in Washington did little to alleviate that fear. I am hoping the Daniels noise is just that. But then again I wanted Russell Okung over Trent Williams, so what do I know?

    He looked like Patrick Corbin did in 2019. The Slider, splitter than looks like a strike for about 58 ft. and then disappears.

    THis is the offseason to spend. Sign Corbin Burnes. Go after Max Fried. Walker Beuler is a free agent. He's a complete moron and a wierdo, but I'd over look that if Alonso was hitting 45 bombs on Half Street. With Wood and Crews likely this year, House likely next year. Ciolek taking a different approach to the draft, lets break out of this scrap heap off-seasons and go get some good players.

    Early metrics too show Ruiz has improved considerably, defensively (SSS caveat attached).
