    I agree. A tanking team doesn't play all its starters. Also, the coaches and players have no reason to tank, because they would like to have jobs next year. The team is this bad.

    This Jets team is grotesque except for the defense. Their #32 ranked offense means the game is not over yet.

    The Jets defense will easily be the best unit on the field, which is why I think the Jets will win. They will turn Washington mistakes into points or give the Jets offense a short field most of the game. Well, that's what I hope will happen. Honestly, I can't actively root against the team I have loved for over 50 years. But for an opportunity at long-term success through the draft, I really hope they lose.

    Watching the Washington defense operate against the Jets offense and vice versa should be a sight to behold. We could be watching the worst brand of professional football in 2023. An easily resistible object against an easily movable force. The big question is who will out-mediocre the other, because plenty of mistakes will be made on both sides? Fans should get paid as they enter the stadium for having the courage to run the risk of blindness if not full-on insanity.

    The Jets should win this game. The teams' defenses will be the difference. The Jets defense is significantly better. They will dominate Washington's mediocre offense. And Washington's dead last defense will battle the Jets dead last offense to a stalemate. The Jets offense will have more success than Washington's offense leading to a Jets win.

    For Washington not to do their due diligence at every position, especially the QB position, would be the height of irresponsibility and neglect.

    Simply put, Ron was an atrocious GM and equally as bad at coaching. His greatest contribution to this team would be to lose their last four games.

    A Giants win would make the SOS discussion moot. And it's not impossible after the Packers' massive win against the Chiefs last week. I could see them coming out flat. Also, the Giants are at home and on a 2-game win streak.

    Washington has a worse record. At the moment, Washington is 4-9 and the Giants are 4-8.

    Washington and the Jets offenses are both easily stoppable objects. The difference is the Jets defense is an immovable force while Washington's defense is a very movable force, aka, a train wreck. The Jets would have to commit seven TOs deep in their own territory to lose to Washington.
