  1. No way this kind of anger is going to go over well with women. The disaster continues.
  2. He was clearly told to act strong and he is overcompensating. It's not a natural thing for him. So he's coming off as a yeller.
  3. She's afraid to fly but has flown. She didn't pay for her polygraph test. Lock her up!
  4. Judge's ex-girlfriend is willing to testify that Judge told her he participated in a gang-rape before. Girl was passed out. He didn't tell the ex the name of the other young men involved however. It's going to be even crazier when the GOP pushes Kavanaugh through. I still think they do.
  5. From a friend who was a former federal prosecutor. Interesting take. Not sure if I buy it. "Kavanaugh won't be confirmed. And he won't be an appellate judge when this is over. If he's lucky he won't be arrested. There's going to be an investigation into Ford's and Swetnick's claims. There's no statute of limitations on felony sexual assault in Maryland, where the house party gang rapes, "Beach Week," and the Ford assault took place. That's why Avenatti was careful to have Swetnick declare that she is "a graduate of Gaithersburg High School in Gaithersburg, MD" and that she is aware of and/or witnessed numerous instances of abusive and aggressive conduct "in Ocean City, Maryland during 'Beach Week'." These would be state charges, so if Kavanaugh and Judge are convicted Trump can't pardon them. Avenatti was also smart to have her declare that she holds active clearances that allow her to work inside the federal government. Her declaration is a sworn declaration, so she's sending a message that she knows she'll lose those clearances and ability to work if she's lying."
  6. At this point he could A) get jammed through and be a SC justice or B, actually lose his current job and face some kind of criminal charges. It's not super likely, but it's possible. Also, love that the GOP pundits on twitter are blaming this disaster on the woman they hired to ask questions they didn't want to. Can't make this stuff up. Can we at least all agree as a nation that Grassley and Feinstein need to retire?
  7. Ford's written testimony is out. Comes off very credible. Odds on Kavanaugh bailing?
  8. Man, Trump might kick him to the curb after this interview. Or at least grab him like Don Corleone. "You can act like a man!"
  9. If nothing else, I hope the American public -- left and right -- realize that Grassley is 84 and Feinstein is 85. My dad is 85. The idea of him being a senator at the age boggles the mind.
  10. So many Telsas in Los Angeles. They're actually becoming kinda lame. Like the sign of a douchebag. We need people with big ideas like Musk, but it could turn out that his legacy -- as least in the auto business -- is pushing established car companies to get into the electric car game. BMW, for example, has a new electric car coming out this year that's supposed to be amazing -- and unlike Tesla, they have the infrastructure to make them in a timely manner and repair them as well.
  11. The first fight was two years too late. This one is a joke. And I'd say 99 percent.
  12. Will definitely be a third fight. But GGG will be 37. On a related note, about a month ago I heard from a solid source that Floyd Mayweather was having money problems. Didn't pay taxes, other dumb crap. And now he's fighting Manny again. Hilarious.
  13. Alvarez was basically out on his feet late in the fight. Which was insane because I thought GGG was done after round 6. Again, great fight but there’s a vested interest in keeping Alvarez as the champ and it was embarrassing how everybody at HBO embraced it tonight.
  14. They robbed GGG. Great fight, but the business is behind Alvarez and it’s embarrassing to watch.
