I can understand them not wanting to put any money into the old building structurally wise but I imagine new equipment etc would be an easy short term type thing they would do. I think that is something they need to do immediately, at a minimum.

Was listening to a segment on Sirius NFL radio yesterday, forget which ex coach said it but essentially when you get hired as a HC, and even long after, you get hundreds, and he reiterated hundreds, of calls from close friends, acquaintances etc asking for a job. You often feel obligated and compelled to hire folks. Said it can be overwhelming and really affect your decision making process.

Just went to the Commanders homepage looking for any info on a Quinn presser. Nothing, there isn't even a mention of Quinn yet. The social media aspect of this team needs some serious help. From the official Commanders programing to its web page Im hoping it too gets addressed this offseason. Youtube fan boys unfortunately have better content. My rant for the day. Yeah I know, they have to get everything right and official before putting anything out there....but still its aggravating.

Im wondering if it was due to the coaches and their all around demeanor that we didnt seem to develop the "fiery" players? Also I think the overall view of the organization impacted the players, just look at the facility rankings etc. that came out last year where we were last by a large margin, let alone the record on the field, This had to have put a damper on player moral. Hoping Quinns enthusiasm rubs off on the players and we start seeing improvements and planning for facilities going forward..

This is reassuring, starting to really come around on Quinn. Will be nice to see real passion and enthusiasm for a change. Hoping it resonates down through the coordinators, staff and players and everyone buys in. Incredible amount of work to do but Im genuinely excited for this to play out.
