REDSKINGATOR11
http://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/local/southflorida/sfl-wanny09nov09,0,1520425.story?coll=sfla-home-headlines "Dolphins president Eddie Jones said he and Huizenga tried to talk Wannstedt out of quitting, but the coach made the case that his departure would be best for the team. Jones said one candidate to replace Wannstedt will not be Steve Spurrier, the former Florida and Washington Redskins coach. ``We have had no conversations with coach Spurrier and we don't intend to have any,'' Jones said." I think its USC or UNC. Who knows.
TD_washingtonredskins
Fair enough, I hope it's a college coach. I want there to be a lot of college coaches filling vacancies so that GW stays put in DC.
JoeSkins
The Ty Willingham era at South Bend is over, and now comes Ball Coach Spurrier. Looks like Nick Saban is going to leave LSU, since they're not getting better any time soon.

Reaganaut
I think the operative line would be "No more o those Redskins rejects."
Reaganaut
Bet the interviews include Larry Coker and Bobby B. Coker would be a great candidate.
freakofthesouth
Do you really think he will come out and say that conversations are taking place? That would be contractual suicide, to release something like that. Then some other teams would take note, and get intoa bidding war, etc. Good PR says, 'keep it secret.'
