Who's Cowboys new RB?

Its obvious that Parcell's wanted to go after Brunell, but instead we got him. AJ Feely just went to the Phins so what in the world are the cowboys gonna do? Sense asking about QB's is streching it and running back would be more of an inolving question for everyone: how do the cowboys go after as their new running back. Cuz as seen below, Hambrick isn't cutting it. Just curious. The more i read about who the boys are screwed the happier i will be. :D

Cowboys | Running Back a Top Off-Season Priority - from www.KFFL.com

Sun, 22 Feb 2004 07:32:22 -0800

Jennifer Floyd Engel, of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, reports the Dallas Cowboys are focused on adding a running back via free agency or the draft this off-season. The Cowboys went into last off-season with the idea that RB Troy Hambrick would become the feature back on offense and passed on the opportunity to sign current Carolina Panthers RB Stephen Davis. "We had an opportunity last year, and we thought we were in better shape than we were," owner Jerry Jones said. "Obviously, now, we need a running back."

They're gonna get Dillon.

That'll only happen if we trade Champ for Portis. It seems that Snyder and Gibbs have made it clear that they're not going to let the cowboys get the best player at any postion that we would need ourselves.:D The rivalry is back in full swing and the season hasn't even started yet!

Theyll go hard after Staley, but wont get into a bidding war for him. Dillon is a long shot as they wont want to trade one of their 5 picks for him. They will explore other options who are younger and worth trading for (ie Rudi Johnson, Kevan Barlow --both whom they tried to trade for last season, and maybe even Maurice Morris). If they cant land any of these guys, expect a 2nd rounder to be used on one. Specifically, Michael Turner or Maurice Clarett if either is available. If not maybe Tatum Bell after his sub 4.4 time or Julius Jones with his impressive combine outing. Last resort could be Curtis Martin or Eddie George if they are cut and come at the right price.

Today's Washington Post that Gibbs will not go after RB Corey Dillon:

According to two league sources, the Redskins are not interested in unhappy Cincinnati running back Corey Dillon.
