He'll have to be very trusting of Cerrato now because he can't know the players yet. This is a VERY crucial period. More so than in a year or two when Gibbs is back and feeling comfortable. I agree there espicially with the draft coming up. Vinny is a good scout and I don't think Gibbs has had the time to keep an eye on college football.
