The problem (as we all know) is leadership. Hell we could have the top pick for the next 5 years and it won't change the results. Until a real GM is hired and allowed to do his job the Redskins will be a bottom dweller and occasionally creep upwards towards mediocrity. Its what has been happening for the past 25 years and will continue. I hope and pray the disfunction ends some day. A REAL GM is desperately needed. Dan needs to get out of the way completely, let actual football people make decisions. Let the GM hire a coaching staff, decide who to draft, put a plan in place etc. Until that happens history will continue to repeat as it is right now before our eyes. again.
