I know, the old guy push sucks, but if we do that, and maybe take a flier on an unknown D-lineman later in the draft, we'll be "ok" going forward, and have a unit that Marvin Lewis can go to war with.<br /><br />Get a free agent QB, I don't care which one, Jeff Blake (after he is released), Dilfer, Fielder, trade for Bledsoe or Brunell, I don't care.<br /><br />WR in the draft. It sucks to do it two years in a row, but if the idea is to get it done this year, it will really help Steve to have a system guy in there.<br /><br />Hakim or Crowell in free agency.<br /><br />Re-sign Ben Coleman, but don't let him eff us over, he's old and injury prone.<br /><br />Go win a championship. Brave Posted February 10, 2002 Share Posted February 10, 2002 Well, if true as it appears to be, it is certainly nice to have that job search behind us. I think Lewis will be up to the job. He undoubtedly has a little less to work with on the line and at safety than he has over the last few years, but it's somewhat of a trade-off considering he has a better group of CBs.
