kingdaddy
Based on last years 3-13 record, do the Skins get second shot (behind Houston) at claiming players off of other teams practice squads before they're finalized. In watching some other preseason games, I keep hearing that some of the better teams will have to cut some good NFL prospects or even proven vets. Does anyone know if it's safe to assume we get the second shot at designated practice squad players from other teams in the waiver process? You'd have to think there will be some intriguing options out there that our scouting dept. has there eyes on. Maybe a punter or kicker comes available? A tight end or offensive lineman whose better than what we have on the back end of the depth chart?
