Symbol
I've had a very weak wrist ever since I broke 2 bones in my right wrist about 7 years ago. I wanted to know if there's some type of exercise or weight lifting in which I can do to strengthen it. I get popping sounds when I'm using a knife for cooking and have had to go back to wearing my brace. Anything that can help would be appreciated. twa
until you get a better reply I'm not a fan of weights and believe stretching ect gives better results and both strengthens and loosens ligament/muscle

twa
better than the alternative...... so far the rubber band one here is pretty good http://www.livestrong.com/article/137822-exercises-strengthen-broken-wrist/
Symbol
I have both bookmarked, and as for better than the alternative, any new knowledge is much more than I had before. Believe me when I say, I will be doing the exercises tonight and on a daily basis. I don't want my wrist to get to the point that strumming my guitar becomes bothersome. AsburySkinsFan
The first question that I'd ask you in regards to your physical therapy is whether or not your women have their ankles covered.

Corcaigh
I'm not a physio but the following have been used for wrist strengthening/recovery (1) Stretch - use the other hand to bend your hand back with a straight arm (2) Squeeze a rubber ball, or tennis ball (3) Use a small dumbell (or can of soup), perform wrist extensions (palm down) and wrist flexions (palm up)
