And the weather cooperated, so it’s the first time this season that we had all three days where it was not raining, so that was good for us. That’s a good omen.”

On quarterback John Beck growing from his mistakes without another potential quarterback change:

“I think everybody understands there’s pressure at every position in the NFL. But you’re not going to come in the league right away at the quarterback position and have everything down. It’s a learning curve, which we’ve talked about before. Yeah, I think it is important for John know that he can go out there and have a game like he played and knowing that it’s not only him, but it’s the supporting cast – everybody has a job to do. And it’s hard for people to understand unless you’re with the team. When you have a number of people playing different positions, it just doesn’t happen overnight. John understands that better than anybody and he’s had a heck of a week of practice and hopefully it carries over to game day.”

On if Rex Grossman has had regular scout team duties:

“Yeah, same thing. Same as the No. 2 for everybody.”

I guess they are looking at Beck as if he's a rookie but the FACT remains that at this point in his career Tom Brady was on his way to winning his 3rd Super Bowl. Beck has been around for quite a while already so I hope he starts figuring out that he has to at least throw the ball away sometimes.

I don't think you'll get much argument about Brady being better than Beck.
